By accessing or making a purchase from our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

General Information

The Grandparent Crew is a U.S.-based apparel brand celebrating today’s modern grandparents. All products are made-to-order through our print partner, Printful.

Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments or PayPal. Orders begin production once payment is received in full.

Product Information

Each item is made to order. Slight color or placement variations may occur due to print process differences between screens and fabrics.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped via trusted carriers through Printful. Typical production time is 3–7 business days, with standard U.S. shipping times of 5–8 business days after fulfillment.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is made-to-order, we're unable to offer returns.  However, we're happy to provide exchanges for defective or damaged items.

Please contact us at support@thegrandparentcrew.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
